Our Rare Plum gin blends native Australian Davidson plums with hibiscus and our award-winning Signature gin. The tart Davidson plums are steeped in the gin for up to four months, where the natural sugars of the gin tame the acidity of the plums, releasing their earthy flavours. The result is a mouth-watering mix of sweetness, a little tang, and earthy plum flavours that stand on their own.

In 1955, Stuart's Grandmother Eileen MacKenzie won a gold medal at the Melbourne Royal Show for her Christmas pudding. A slightly edited version was then printed in the Australian Women's Weekly magazine. Taking the original recipe, Stuart has created a delicious full-flavoured Christmas gin, keeping her legacy alive.
