Our Rare Plum gin blends native Australian Davidson plums with hibiscus and our award-winning Signature gin. The tart plums are steeped in the gin for up to four months, where the natural sugars of the gin tame the acidity of the plums, releasing their earthy flavours. The result is a mouth-watering mix of sweetness, a little tang, and earthy plum flavours that stand on their own.
Working with Australian Indigenous-owned Davidson plum farms, we take pride in searching for the finest, sustainable, and responsibly sourced organic botanicals.

Recommended Serving:
We recommend trying straight over ice or with a dash of soda. If it is something a little sweeter that you are after then lemonade or elderberry tonic are the perfect choices. A classic quinine-based tonic will likely be a little too bitter as the plums have their own bitterness, which we might add is perfect in a Negroni.
