- 45mL Little Cello Limoncello
- 15mL sugar syrup, plus extra for rimming the glass
- 20mL fresh lemon juice
- 90mL cream
- 2 drops vanilla essence
- Crushed digestive biscuits for the rim
Instructions
Prepare the Glass:
- Sweeten the RIM: Rim the edge of a coupe glass with sugar syrup.
